About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website or work with Brasswick Digital. By signing up for a plan, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide the marketing services described on our website and in your growth plan. We’ll agree the details of your plan with you in writing, by email, before we start.

Month-to-month, no contracts

All plans are billed monthly in advance and run month-to-month. You can cancel any time by emailing us. Your plan stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for. One-time setup fees are not refundable once setup work has started.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your business.
• Access to the accounts we need, such as your Google Business Profile or domain.
• Timely feedback and approvals.

Ownership

Your business name, logo, domain name and the content you provide stay yours. When you cancel, we’ll help you move your content. Our templates, tools and systems remain ours.

Results

We work hard to improve your rankings, reviews and leads, and we report honestly every month. Search engines, AI assistants and customers make their own decisions, so we can’t guarantee specific results. Example results on our website are illustrative.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
